Warranty Terms & Conditions
The Warranty will commence from the date of purchase invoice. This Warranty is available in India and to first purchaser of the Product only. To avail Warranty services, Customer/Distributor/Retailer should Log the Service Request at the Toll Free: 1800119515 which is available from 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) or approach the respective retailer/dealer from whom he has purchased his Product and must present original purchase invoice and wherever possible, the original Warranty Certificate (duly signed and stamped by the Selling Dealer).If it is determined by the Service Engineer/Dealer/Retailer that the Product has any manufacturing defect, then Service Engineer/retailer/dealer will repair or replace the defective Product. Warranty of repaired or replaced Product shall thereafter continue only for the unexpired period of Warranty. Defective Product shall be duly returned to the Company and will be property of the Company. In the event of any unforeseeable circumstance same Product or Product with similar design is not available, Product will be replaced with an equivalent model available at that time. It is clarified that Company will not be responsible to the customer for any economic loss, commercial loss, consequential or resulting liability, damage to the property or any other harm or loss to the customer.
Warranty Excludes or Does not apply-
- If customer violates warranty terms and conditions, instruction and installation guidelines or operates the Product otherwise than as per Product Specifications. If the serial number affixed on the Product is damaged, erased or tampered with or if Product is refurbished/modified.
- If the Product is operated in conditions otherwise than normal conditions (e.g., abnormal voltage surge, extreme environmental conditions etc.).
- If the Product is used for any commercial purpose.
- If Company’s mounting boxes have not been used for the accessories.
- Any harm caused due to accident, negligence, improper maintenance, mishandling, tampering, incurred in transit by the customer or which can be attributed to the fault of the customer.
- Any harm resulting from any unforeseeable circumstances such as force majeure event etc.
- Any harm caused due to any defect in any electrical/civil installation(s), wiring or third party products.
Compressor Warranty Terms
The applicable Compressor Warranty is valid on eligible INDcool products equipped with a compressor, as specified for the respective product model. The warranty period shall commence from the date of purchase mentioned on the original invoice.
The compressor warranty becomes effective after the completion of the standard comprehensive warranty applicable to the product.
During the compressor warranty period, the purchaser shall be entitled only to the repair or replacement of the compressor, free of cost, in the event of a manufacturing defect, as determined by INDcool or its Authorized Service Partner.
The compressor warranty covers only the compressor. Any additional or ancillary expenses, including but not limited to labour charges, installation charges, refrigerant (gas) charging, transportation, copper tubing, insulation, electrical components, consumables, accessories, or any other spare parts, shall be borne by the purchaser.
In the event of any promotional, extended or special warranty scheme offered by INDcool, there shall be no further extension of the compressor warranty beyond the maximum warranty period specified for the respective product model.
The compressor warranty shall be valid only when:
- The product has been purchased through an authorized INDcool dealer or official sales channel.
- The product has been installed by an INDcool Authorized Service Partner wherever installation is mandatory.
- The original purchase invoice and warranty details are produced at the time of service.
- The product has been used, operated and maintained in accordance with the user manual.
- The serial number and product identification label remain intact and unaltered.
The compressor warranty shall not apply in cases of misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, voltage fluctuations, fire, flood, natural calamities, corrosion, negligence, or any condition not arising from a manufacturing defect.
To avail warranty service, customers must register their service request through INDcool Customer Care, WhatsApp Support, the official website, or any other service channel authorized by INDcool. Cleaning of the unit, preventive maintenance, dust accumulation, user education, product demonstrations, or general operational explanations shall not be treated as manufacturing defects under this warranty.
INDcool reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim. Repair or replacement of the compressor shall be at the sole discretion of INDcool. Any repaired or replaced compressor shall carry only the balance warranty period of the original product and shall not constitute a fresh warranty.
PCB Warranty Terms
The applicable PCB (Printed Circuit Board) Warranty is valid on eligible INDcool products equipped with an electronic control PCB, as specified for the respective product model. The applicable warranty period shall be 1 Year or 5 Years, depending on the model purchased, and shall commence from the date of purchase mentioned on the original invoice.
During the applicable warranty period, the purchaser shall be entitled only to the repair or replacement of the defective PCB, free of cost, in the event of a manufacturing defect, as determined by INDcool or its Authorized Service Partner.
The PCB warranty covers only the Printed Circuit Board (PCB). Any additional or ancillary expenses, including but not limited to labour charges, installation charges, transportation, wiring, connectors, sensors, consumables, accessories, or any other spare parts, shall be borne by the purchaser unless otherwise covered under the applicable comprehensive warranty.
The PCB warranty shall be valid only when:
- The product has been purchased through an authorized INDcool dealer or official sales channel.
- The product has been installed by an INDcool Authorized Service Partner wherever installation is mandatory.
- The original purchase invoice and warranty details are produced at the time of service.
- The product has been used, operated and maintained in accordance with the User Manual.
- The serial number and product identification label remain intact and unaltered.
The PCB warranty shall not apply in cases of damage caused by voltage fluctuations, power surges, lightning, moisture, water ingress, corrosion, insect or rodent infestation, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, fire, natural calamities, negligence, or any condition not arising from a manufacturing defect.
INDcool reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim. Repair or replacement of the PCB shall be at the sole discretion of INDcool. Any repaired or replaced PCB shall carry only the balance warranty period of the original warranty and shall not constitute a fresh warranty.
Note: Selling of INDcool Products without Invoice/Bill is a Punishable Offence under GST Law passed by the Government of India and the Warranty of those Products will not be covered by the Company.
